This post is for people who want to play more general roleplays, I'm leaving this unstructured, to play please comment with who you play (even if you think it should be obvious from your icon/username) and what sort of interaction you're looking for.

If someone wants more structure/to take over handling general roleplays please ask and I'll be happy to add at least one mod for this.

Yeah - I like it as Mike, too.

I was thinking... Maybe one of reasons Mike stays on with Stick is to protect Matt from having to live that life and put up with his abuse. Maybe he thinks Stick won't go after Matt, who's clearly his preference, if he's got Mike, his good little soldier.

Very possible. Though there's no way he'd tell Matt that, because that would let him know he was looking after him, which Matt would hate. Maybe this could all come out when Stick turns up and tries to get Matt to do something for him, and Mike gets all defensive and insists he goes instead, or alone if Stick has planning on sending them both. Stick might say something about how he has let Mike think he was getting away with protecting Matt all these years, but enough is enough, Matt overhears and isn't happy about it, leading to a talk/fight later when Stick's not around.
